That we are not only offering our services and products out of the goodness of our hearts, but we are also after your hard earned money! In order to get reorders, referrals and recommendations, we do our best to earn your business!
That all designs and caricatures are the sole property of Creative Caricatures Inc. unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
That the customer has the option to purchase their exclusive design with unlimited usage privileges.
Furthermore, Creative Caricatures can not sell these exclusive original designs to any other customer.
However, Creative Caricatures has the right to show all designs to other customers strictly as examples of exclusive design concepts.
That Creative Caricatures will use and develop ideas originated by the client. However, client will hold Creative Caricatures harmless from any liabilities, lawsuits, verbal insults or obscene gestures if any marketing materials presented by the client are copy written or legally protected.

Payment for all orders must be made in advance in (2) parts
50% of total amount is due upon signing this agreement. This check or credit card will not be processed until customer approves likeness of the caricature. Remaining 50% of total amount is due when caricature and final layout of postcard scene and design and text is approved. Card will not be printed until payment is received in full.
